Manager, Network Management and Strategy

• Develop the Network Plan for Seasonal & Ad hoc Business and to ensure RMY commercial direction comply with regulatory seasonal requirement.
• Monitor the route performance of the existing Network and take appropriate actions to improve the overall performance by decreasing, increasing capacity, retiming, change aircraft type etc. and work closely with management, commercial, IOCC and engineering department to coordinate the changes.
• Lead the discussion on Network-related matters with all department and external if required.
• Responsible for all Air Traffic Applications (with MAVCOM) for new routes or additional services.
• Carry out Competitive assessment and the impact to the demand and advise management from time to time .
• Evaluate new potential markets including the financial forecast, risk assessment, etc.
• Plan and coordinate seasonal capacity with Commercial , Engineering , Crewing.
• Effective networking with Airport, Local government to evaluate opportunities, understand market and demand, incentive program etc.
• Collaborate closely with the IOCC team to provide economic payload analysis and evaluate the impacts of planned schedule changes.
• Actively involve during new station opening and advise on regulatory and network requirement.
• To oversee the constant review of route performance against targets & report on deviations requiring management intervention.
• To ensure Overfly and Landing Permit available for all flight.
• To ensure Daily Flight Schedule (DFS) Publish as per company requirement before handover to IOCC.
• To review RMY Block Time with IOCC from time to time for company costing and evaluation.
• To lead Foreign Air Operator Certificate (FAOC) application for seasonal requirement.
•  To lead new station readiness with all department base on time line given.
• To lead network disruption risk assessment meeting with other department ensuring minimum cost involved.
• Any task given by Head of Airline.
